Part 2 Introduction

All Students: The following regulations will be applied with the understanding that the university must reasonably accommodate a student’s religious beliefs, observances, and practices in regard to the scheduling of examinations if the student informs the student's instructor of the conflict within one week after being informed of the examination schedule. These examinations include: evening, midterm, final, hourly, proficiency, and special examinations. Any student may appeal a decision. (See § 1-107(b).)
