The parking or storage of a motor vehicle or motorcycle in any university building or structure other than a designated parking structure is prohibited without the prior written authorization of the Parking Department. Such unauthorized parking or storage shall be considered abandonment, and the motor vehicle or motorcycle shall be removed at the owner’s expense.
